The silvering of tomato leaves is due to a genetic disturbance within the plant. Silver flecking on the leaves and stem is not a serious problem unless the growing point becomes affected. If all of the flowering truss is affected it will not set fruit. Later in the season as the plant develops further normal green leaves and trusses may develop.
